The Founders
Rebecca “Bex” Pan
our company's Founder & CEO, hails from Philly and spent eight years in NYC before becoming a San Francisco transplant in 2008. As Founder, she guides strategic direction, people partnership, and marketing, while cherishing the team's synergy and mutual growth. In her downtime, Bex enjoys reading, exploring San Francisco, parenting her 7-year-old, and advising startups and women entrepreneurs. A fun fact: Bex is a 9-time founder and coworking pioneer since 2009, driven by her mission to create equal opportunities for all.
Jason Pan
our Founder & CTO, hails from Vancouver, Canada, and has called San Francisco home for 21 years. He cherishes the city's scenic hills and its talented, diverse residents. Jason directs executive functions, strategy, and performance reporting, while taking pride in the tight-knit Trellis family. A fan of classical music, writing, and performing, Jason also enjoys night runs, bike rides, and family time with his wife and son, Sawyer. Known for his love of spicy food, Jason's go-to heat level is an impressive 1,000,000 Scoville units.
The Team
Aleah Antonio
is our Head of Operations and Head of Marketing. she is dedicated to fostering new relationships, meaningful connections, and helping trellis' community thrive. outside of trellis, aleah is a freelance journalist and never stops listening to music. you can catch her at punk shows around the city or curling up in sun spots like a cat.
Jonathan Ryan
our seasoned Events Liaison, brings decades of expertise to crafting experiences and transforming visions into reality. His passion and commitment to his role ensure all of your dreams are within reach. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys lively board game nights with friends and captivating audiences with his nightlife performances all around San Francisco.
Marcela Avramescu
is our Social Media Manager and Community Manager. She’s devoted to capturing the magic of the Trellis community and sharing it with the rest of San Francisco.
Outside of Trellis, Marcela is the creator behind Hugg Magazine. She also produces podcasts, short show segments, and music videos for Hugg Productions.
Kendalle Foster
is our newest Community Associate. She looks forward to promoting Trellis’s values and nurturing the community around it. Outside of Trellis, Kendalle enjoys hiking with her dog, Duck, attending music festivals, and exploring the best food spots in town. She’s new to the city, so if you have any recommendations for food, sights, shows, or more, please reach out!
